Yes, absolutely. As a matter of fact Basecamp was probably one of the first products in the world to introduce Agile extensions and addons to their products.
Here’s a couple of examples of Basecamp extensions you can use on your Agile projects:
For those not familiar with Basecamp, in a nutshell Basecamp is a Project Management and Team communication tool & it’s without a doubt one of the most user friendly, powerful and robust tech tools out there. I’ve personally used Basecamp many times and recommend it.
I’m particularly fond of how Basecamp seamlessly integrates with email products and allows for great team and stakeholder communication.
Now one of my students recently shared that she’s used Basecamp for a lot of Marketing projects but had never heard of it being used by Development teams and wondered whether it was common. The answer to that question is yes, it’s common. And I’ve actually work with Dev Teams using Basecamp, but I wouldn’t say Basecamp is only for Agile, Development or Marketing projects. You can use Basecamp pretty much for any type of Project out there.
